Manny’s Sweet Treats works with IENA (International Exchange of North America) to create a Trainee Intern Program that provides the opportunity to live in the US for up to 18 months and learn new skills directly related to restaurant management experience. The program length for trainees is 12 months.
The program is an excellent opportunity to build upon the skills and knowledge you already have and learn new skills to take home with you at the end of the program. And, of course, you’ll be able to experience American culture up close and personal.
Manny’s Sweet Treats & IENA will guide you through the application process and assist Manny’s Sweet Treats in developing a training plan specific to your learning goals and objectives. IENA is your resource in the US for the duration of your stay.
